Phi Kappa Tau offers complimentary anniversary recognition pins and a certificate celebrating key initiation anniversary milestones. Utilizing the form below you can request a pin to be shipped directly to you to honor your 25th, 50th, or 75th initiation anniversary.

The pins can be requested for yourself or for a group of brothers you’d like to recognize. These pins are excellent to distribute at chapter anniversaries, university alumni celebrations, or any graduate council activities.

The Phi Kappa Tau Executive Offices will ship the pin out upon receipt of the form within 2-5 business days.
