constitution
Originally adopted in 1936, the Phi Kappa Tau constitution has been revised and amended at subsequent conventions.
legacy policy
A legacy is defined as a man who has a relative - grandfather, father, brother, uncle, or cousin - who was a member of Phi Kappa Tau. This is our policy regarding legacy recruitment and membership.

BOG Certification
We require all Board of Governor members to be certified Phi Kappa Tau volunteers.

Risk Management Policy
The Risk Management Policy includes the provisions, which follow and shall apply to all fraternity entities and all levels of fraternity membership. This document includes Phi Kappa Tau policy on hazing, alcohol, and sexual misconduct.

Disciplinary procedures
Phi Kappa Tau has a nationally approved procedure for disciplinary action for chapters to follow. It is the expectation that this document is referenced in all cases of disciplinary actions.

Dispute Resolution Policy
Phi Kappa Tau new members, existing members, and alumni making claims for personal injury, claims for damages to property, or disputes of any nature will be referred for resolution through The Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity Claim and Dispute Resolution Program.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
The Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity values the privacy of our members, friends, and donors. As such, we’ve placed limitations on who may be able to receive our members contact information and the ways in which it can be accessed.

To encourage members and chapters to take action without fear of disciplinary action The Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity has two Good Samaritan policies, one for individual members and guests and another for the chapter itself.
