Leadership Academy 2025

Leadership Academy is an opportunity for the emerging leaders in your chapter to learn the skills they need to increase their leadership impact on your chapter and on campus. This year we have one session available June 2 - 5 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

A dynamic four-day development program, Leadership Academy is rooted in Phi Tau's core pillars of brotherhood, leadership, and character-building. Attendees can expect a wide variety of programming, including outdoor activities, collaborative team-building exercises, and personalized leadership training.

Participants will leave with newfound confidence and a readiness to take on leadership roles within their chapters and on their campuses. Armed with a deep understanding of Phi Kappa Tau's mission and vision, attendees are challenged to enact positive change and uphold the fraternity's values.

Each chapter is expected to send two men to Leadership Academy to set their chapters up for success in the future. Chapter educational grant funds are available to cover 90% of travel costs to the program.
